Beef and Tomato Noodles with Ganoderma Sinensis

 

[Ingredients]
10 grams of GanoHerb organic Ganoderma sinensis slices, 300 grams of sirloin, 1 tomato, several shiitake mushrooms and 50 grams of noodles
[Directions]
1.Put ginger slices and Ganoderma sinensis slices into the pot. Then add prepared sirloin, a little Sichuan Pepper, star anise and cooking wine. Next, pour warm water into the pot and bring the soup to boil.
2. Add sliced tomato and shiitake mushroom into the pot when the soup boils. Then continue cooking for about 40 minutes until the sirloin becomes soft. Next, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken powder to season the soup according to your personal preference.

Boiled Dumplings with Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Powder

 


[Ingredients]
4 grams of GanoHerb cell-wall broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder, flour and filling for dumpling

[Directions]
Mix spore powder and flour into a dough. Roll the dough with a rolling pin into round, thin wrappers. Make dumplings with pork and Chinese cabbage as the fillings. Steam the dumplings until they are cooked. Then you can take them.

Sweet Dumplings with Ganoderma Lucidum and Osmanthus Fragrans

 

[Ingredients]
5 grams of GanoHerb cell-wall broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder, 200 grams of glutinous rice flour, 30 grams of black sesame, appropriate amount of sugar and Osmanthus seeds
[Directions]
1.Stir-fry and grind black sesame seeds. Add spore powder and a little edible oil into the black sesame seeds. Mix them evenly.
2. Knead the glutinous rice flour into a dough and divide it into equal pieces and flatten each one out into a circle around 2in/5cm across. Put the sesame paste in the middle of each piece of dough and press the paste together to hold tight. Carefully bring up the sides of the dough to join together round the filling. Once all joined, gently roll in floured hands to form a ball. Do this with all of the pieces of dough before cooking any. When ready to cook, bring a pan of water to the boil and add the balls of dough. Cook for a couple of minutes until they rise to the top then remove and serve, dusted with sugar and osmanthus seeds.

Snow Skin Mooncake with Ganoderma Lucidum

 

[Ingredients]
5 grams of GanoHerb cell-wall broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder, 190 grams of snow skin powder and appropriate amount of moon cake fillings

[Directions]
Mix snow skin powder and spore powder evenly. Add appropriate amount of water to mix them into a dough. Divide the dough into several equal pieces. Knead the pieces into wrappers. Enwrap the fillings. Put the doughs with fillings into the mooncake mould into form the shape. Put the mooncakes into the refrigerator for one hour. Then you can take them.

Grass Jelly with Taro Ball and Ganoderma Lucidum

 


[Ingredients]
10 grams of GanoHerb cell-wall broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder,100 grams of grass jelly powder and appropriate amount of honey and condensed milk

[Directions]
1.Brew the spore powder with warm water. Add 300 ml of warm water into the
grass jelly powder and mix evenly. Add more water to stir and heat until it boils.
2.Add the warm water with spore powder and mix evenly. Cool it till it solidifies.
When eating, mince it and add taro ball. Then season it with honey and condensed milk.
