Stewed Spare Ribs with Ganoderma Lucidum and Lion's Mane Mushroom

[Ingredients]
4 grams of GanoHerb cell-wall broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder, 20 grams of dried lion’s Mane mushroom, 200 grams of spare ribs and 3 slices of ginger
[Directions]
Clean and soak the lions’ mane mushroom and shiitake mushroom, cut the spare ribs into cubes, put all the food materials and a right amount of water into the pot, bring the soup to a boil with high-temperature fire, simmer for 2 hours to season, and sprinkle the spore powder into the soup. Stir and enjoy it.

Chicken Soup with Ganoderma Sinensis and Lotus seeds

 

[Ingredients]
6 grams of GanoHerb organic Ganoderma sinensis slice. 50 grams of lotus seeds, 1/4 dried orange peel and chicken
[Directions]
1. Wash the Ganoderma sinensis slices, lotus seeds and dried orange peel, put them in an earthen pot and soak them in water for 30 minutes.
2. Wash the chicken and put it in the pot. After boiling, keep it boiling for 2 hours with gentle heat, then add the seasoning.

Duck Soup with Ganoderma Sinensis and Dried Orange Peel

15 grams of GanoHerb organic Ganoderma sinensis slice, 3 candied dates, 1 duck, 1/4 dried orange peel and 3 slices of ginger

1.Wash Ganoderma sinensis slices, candied dates, dried orange peel and duck. Put them into the pot and add a right amount of water.
2. Bring the soup to a boil with high heat. Simmer for 2 hours. Season with right amount of salt and oil.

Sliced Pork Soup with Ganoderma Sinensis and Bean Sprouts

10 grams of GanoHerb organic Ganoderma sinensis, 100 grams of enoki mushroom, 150 grams of bean sprouts, 2 slices of ginger and 200 grams of lean pork
[Directions]
Boil the soup with the Ganoderma sinensis slices to boil. Put the lean pork into the pot and stir-fry it. Then add the soup with Ganoderma sinensis slices, enoki mushroom, bean sprouts, ginger to cook together. After it is thoroughly cooked, season the soup with flavors.

Porridge with Ganoderma Sinensis, Lotus Seeds and Lilies

20 grams of GanoHerb organic Ganoderma sinensis slices, 20 grams of cored lotus seeds, 20 grams of lilies and 100 grams of rice

Wash Ganoderma sinensis slices, lotus seeds, lilies and rice. Put all these food materials and a little ginger slices to the pot. Add suitable amount of water into the pot. Bring the soup to boil with high heat. Shimmer with gentle heat until all the food materials are thoroughly cooked.

Porridge with Ganoderma Sinensis, Goji Berry and White Fungus

10 grams of GanoHerb organic Ganoderma sinensis slices, a little white fungus, 20 grams of goji berry and 100 grams of Japonica rice
[Directions] Add water to cook Japonica rice and Ganoderma sinensis slices into porridge. When the porridge is half-cooked, add goji berry and shredded black fungus. Next, cook half a minute. Then the diet is made. You may add a little rock candy according to your preference. But rock candy is not recommended for diabetic patients.

Porridge of Ganoderma Sinensis, Chinese Dates and Japonica Rice


[Ingredients]
15 grams of GanoHerb Organic Ganoderma sinensis slices, 8 Chinese dates, 10 grams of peanut kernel and 100 grams of Japonica rice

[Directions]
Put Ganoderma sinensis slices into the pot. Add water and boil Ganoderma sinensis slices for the soup. Add Chinese dates, peanut kernels and Japonica rice to make thick porridge. Take this porridge once per day.

Porridge with Ganoderma Sinensis and Coix seed


[Ingredients]
10 grams of GanoHerb organic Ganoderma sinensis slices, 20 grams of coix seed, 100 grams of glutinous rice or Japonica rice and suitable amount of white sugar

[Directions]
Wash Ganoderma sinensis slices, coix seed and glutinous rice. Put them into the pot with 2 big bowls of cold water. Cook them for half an hour with medium heat until the porridge becomes palatable. Then season and take it. Take this porridge once per day.

Egg Custard with Ganoderma Lucidum Spores


[Ingredients]
2 grams of GanoHerb cell-wall broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder, 2 eggs and 250 ml of pure milk

[Directions]
Crack the eggs. Add egg, egg yolk and milk in a bowl, mix them evenly and steam them over a bain-marie until they are thoroughly cooked. Then add spore power.

White Fungus Soup with Ganoderma Sinensis and Honey


[Ingredients]
4 grams of GanoHerb organic Ganoderma sinensis slices, 10 grams of white fungus and appropriate amount of goji berry, red dates, lotus seeds and honey

[Directions]
Shred the soaked white fungus. Put it with Ganoderma sinensis slices, lotus seeds, goji berry and red dates into the pot. Add water and bring it to boil. Then shimmer for an hour until white fungus soup becomes thick. Take out Ganoderma sinensis residues. You may add honey according to your preference.
