High-quality Ganoderma comes from the natural environment with clear waters and green mountains
In order to ensure the safety, quality and efficacy of Ganoderma from the source, GanoHerb has built thousands of mu of Reishi ecological bases at the source of the Minjiang River originating from the Wuyi Mountains, which is the core place of origin of Ganoderma in China and also one of the world's natural and cultural heritage sites.
GanoHerb chose to build Ganoderma bases in the independent forest that is more than 2 kilometers away from human settlements and has been abandoned for more than 3 years, where there is pure air (with the air quality reaching GB3095) and drinkable mountain spring water (with the drinking water quality reaching GB5749) ) and pollution-free soil (with the soil quality meeting the national secondary standard GB15618). The climate here is mild throughout the year with abundant rainfall and misty clouds. It is like a natural oxygen bar, allowing each Ganoderma to grow naturally in an environment with clear waters, green mountains and pure air.
Wild-simulated Planting - Organic Management Good Ganoderma is produced by "planting".
According to the natural habit of Ganoderma which likes 30% Yang and 70% Yin, GanoHerb adopts the model of two years of planting and three years of fallow to simulate wild planting of Ganoderma on organic logs from legal forest farms and eliminate infectious microbe through natural purification.
Our farm workers only choose to retain the best growing baby Ganoderma on a section of large Duanwood with a diameter of 30 cm to ensure that each Ganoderma gets a sufficient supply of nutrients.
Manual weeding and insect removal and regular monitoring of temperature, humidity, light and ventilation
In strict accordance with GLOBALG.A.P.
Cultivate Ganoderma according to the organic certification standards of China, the US, the EU and Japan.
Eliminate the use of unnatural substances such as pesticides, fertilizers, growth regulators and genetically modified products.
Carry out whole process quality control such as sampling at each stage for comprehensive testing to ensure the high quality of Ganoderma lucidum and its spore powder.
Test items include pesticide residues, heavy metals, bacterial toxins, active ingredient content and peroxide value.
Establish a GAP traceability system for TCM materials to ensure that each link is organically traceable.
Optimal Cultures - Standard Harvesting Control Ganoderma quality from the source
Select and use high-quality cultures identified by the Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences
Planting and management in accordance with the organic standards of China, the US, Japan and the EU
Carry out manual harvesting when fruiting bodies are most practical.
Strictly follow Standards on harvesting and processing techniques of Ganoderma Lucidum spore powder, a national standard of the People's Republic of China (GB/T 29344–2012) whose development was led by GanoHerb
Patented technology for collecting spore powder with white cardboard sleeves
Apply 3 layers of mulch to isolate soil and moisture
The fresh spore powder ejected in the first 50 days that our workers harvest manually is not only clean, hygienic and free of silt, impurities and plasticizers but also fresh, delicate, plump and rich in active substances.
Professional certification and quality assurance make each Ganoderma "blue-blooded".
Up to now, GanoHerb Ganoderma base has passed the GLOBALG.A.P. certification for many years and has been awarded the titles of the Ganoderma Cooperative Base of Institute of Medicinal Plant Development, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, the Demonstration Base of Targeted Poverty Alleviation for Standardized Planting of Ganoderma, a High-quality Authentic Traditional Chinese Medicinal Material Produced in Fujian, one of the First Batch of "Three Frees and One Whole" Medicinal Material Brand Bases in China (Sulfur-free Processing, Free of Aflatoxin Contamination, Pollution-free Planting and Whole Process Traceability), the State-level organic Ganoderma Planting Demonstration Base, the UNIDO Demonstration Base of Edible-medicinal Mushroom Cultivation and Processing Technology, and the "One County, One Brand" Demonstration Base.
