The Japanese experts were overjoyed by such a unique ecological environment, so they cooperated with the Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences to establish the Xingpu Ganoderma Experiment Station, a base for wild-simulated cultivation of Ganoderma, where Ye Li became one of the first batch of technical instructors.
