I switched from regular green tea to Oolong tea and I’m so glad I did. The flavor is this tea is light and fresh. Just steep the tea bag for several minutes. If you leave it in longer the tea starts to taste a little bitter.
My dr. recommended I drink it daily for the antioxidants and to help my immune system. It doesn’t make me feel jittery or nervous but rather calm and grounded.

This tea is superb with a smooth, non-gritty taste with slight traces of a fruity flavor. Oolong has less caffeine than black tea does and also does good things for the body.. Black does good things, too, but it is stronger so Oolong can be a refreshing switch.

I bought this because it’s supposed to help lower cholesterol. It has a nice flavor! I drink it hot with nothing added to it. I’ll definitely buy another box when I finish this.
