I am someone who has suffered from insomnia for several years now, including having a hard time falling asleep, waking up at three or four in the morning and not being able to go back to sleep, my mind racing with anxious thoughts. I are you sleeping pills which of course work but decided I did not want to depend on those anymore. I have tried golden milk, the mushroom hot chocolate mixes and other drink mixes that are on the market, other teas that claim to help you fall asleep, patches, and apps for insomnia, including cognitive behavior training apps and calming sounds to fall asleep to. Nothing has worked. On one of Dr. Bergs YouTube videos about insomnia he recommended Jasmine reishi tea with an optional bit of raw unfiltered, honey. This has worked for me from the first night that I tried it. I have not slept straight through the night, but when I wake up at three or four in the morning, I am able to quickly fall back to sleep and sleep until 6 to 7 in the morning, when previously I was waking up and getting up between five and six, because I couldn't go back to sleep. I wake up, not having anxious thoughts. I can't believe something as simple as this is working, but it really is! I drink some of this tea about an hour before bedtime, and it has worked like a charm for me!
Really strong jasmine flavor and I love it. I drink it about 45 minutes before bedtime and it helps me sleep
A perfect night time tea that is perfect for unwinding and calming. The taste is so lovely. Great quality soothing tea. I really really enjoy it.
This brand of tea is met favorite! Not one of their mixes tastes bad.
