From the legends of "Celestial Herbs" to ancient records, and from traditional wellness wisdom to modern cultural appreciation, the TCM culture embodied by Reishi deeply moved everyone present. One long-time Longwang homeowner remarked, "I realized that Reishi is not just an ingredient, but a meaningful part of contemporary life, representing a connection to Chinese wellness philosophy."

Following the tour, a seminar on the cultural and traditional aspects of Reishi commenced. Zhou Meiyan, Manager of the Academic Department at GanoHerb Group and a Nationally Registered Pharmacist, delivered a presentation on the historical and cultural significance of Reishi within the context of a balanced lifestyle. She systematically introduced the traditional role of Reishi in wellness culture and shared insights on how to incorporate an appreciation for natural wellness concepts into family life, fostering a more mindful approach to daily living.
