Duck Soup with Ganoderma Sinensis and Dried Orange Peel
Ganoderma sinensis helps soothe the nerves, invigorate the stomach, eliminate phlegm and invigorate the circulation of blood; dried orange peel helps promote the circulation of qi, tonify the spleen and eliminate dampness and phlegm; old duck helps nourish yin, restore deficiency and induce diuresis to reduce edema; candied dates helps invigorate spleen-stomach, replenish qi, moisten the lungs and promote the secretion of saliva or body fluid. The integration of these four food materials helps nourish yin and stomach and strengthen and consolidate body resistance.
15 grams of GANOHERB Ganoderma Sinensis Slice,
3 Candied dates,
1 Mature Duck,
Right amount of Dried orange peel,
3 pieces of raw ginger, and
Right amount of oil and salt.
Directions: Put the Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma sinensis) slices, candied dates, dried orange peel, old duck and fresh ginger into the clay pot, add 3000 ml of water (about 12 bowls of water), cook with high heat until the soup is boiling. Then turn to stew with gentle heat for 2.5 hours. Add right amount of salt and oil. Then enjoy it.
