Life will find its way.

While humans are desperately trying to vaccinate, viruses are also trying to mutate. In the end, will there be superviruses that can evade vaccine protection, or will there be some degree of herd immunity? Will the epidemic finally ease? Can people return to normal life?

If you think from the original concept of “why life is life”, of course, the most suitable host for viruses is an undead host. Because the virus can only reproduce perpetually if there are constantly hosts to help it reproduce.

So far, the novel coronavirus has evolved into five “variants of concern” in terms of infectivity, pathogenicity and immune escape.

Among them, Omicron is still spreading around the world, and its subspecies BA.2 is also appearing everywhere. From the gene evolution tree of the novel coronavirus, it can be found that both BA.1 or BA.2 are significantly different from the early mutants.

‘Mild’ and ‘terrible’ variants may exist at the same time.

Judging from the current development of the epidemic, there will not be only one type of novel coronavirus to face in the future.

That is, mutants with fast-spreading rates but low morbidity rates can cause pandemics in large areas. But in small areas, such as in different countries, there will also be mutants with high pathogenicity. It’s just that these mutants don’t run very far, because the host mortality rate is high and these mutants can’t spread so fast.

We cannot predict which mutants will appear where because the virus has spread around the world. For anyone, as soon as a virus gets into his body and is not removed or contained in time, the virus will start replicating in his body and possibly go wrong in the replication process. Whether this mistake will make the virus more or less pathogenic depends on the luck of the infected person and the probability of the virus mutating.

We need both vaccinations and healthcare.

Life will find its way. Viruses will find ways to dodge vaccine-induced immunity. So although we cannot predict the mutation of the virus, one thing is certain, that is, it is absolutely not enough to contain the virus by vaccination.

Getting vaccinated is like taking a make-up class. How to deal with comprehensive exams by only strengthening mathematics and ignoring the study of other subjects? How can it be possible to cope with ever-changing viruses by strengthening only some specific immune capabilities?

If you want to truly coexist peacefully with the virus, you must have a stable and comprehensive immune function yourself.

We are fortunate that in addition to vaccination, which is emphasized by Western medicine, there is another set of health conditioning since ancient times, that is, eating Ganoderma lucidum.

If you hope that “the new protection obtained from vaccination” and “your original immunity” can continue to maintain a steady balance, if you hope that there is something that can regulate your immune function in the long term, Ganoderma lucidum is undoubtedly a good and trustworthy choice.

What can “bank up the root and secure the origin”?

The so-called “banking up the root and securing the origin” is to allow your original immune system to develop in a balanced manner.

This thing is definitely not medicine. Because medicines are used for “diseases”, they are all dealing with diseases caused by immune disorders. There is medicine for immune hyperfunction and medicine for immunosuppression, but they can’t really be used for balancing of immunity.

This thing won’t be a vaccine either. The main function of the vaccine is to stimulate the immune system to produce antibodies, even if it is claimed to “be also able to” activate (memory) T cells or B cells, this effect is realized only “passingly”. Such an incidental function is neither its key effect nor its strength. The vaccine cannot regulate the entire immune system.

Of course, this thing will not be those Chinese medicine prescriptions that are claimed to be able to kill viruses. Those things are basically similar to the concept of Western medicine. They are medicines used to treat diseases, and cannot be used to bank up the root and secure the origin.

A thing that can be used to bank up the root and secure the origin must be edible, and it must be safe to eat every day and for a long time. It must work for everyone and be easily available. So this “candidate” isn’t just any random thing!

“Banking up the root and securing the origin” is the root of anti-virus.

There must be a reason why Ganoderma lucidum has been listed as the top grade of medicine in “Shennong Materia Medica”. In addition to the millennia certification of the ancestors, the ability of Ganoderma lucidum to regulate immunity in all aspects has been scientifically verified for decades.

The function of Ganoderma lucidum is to bank up the root and secure the origin. It is the root of anti-virus.

In the days to come when we must live with the virus, eating Ganoderma lucidum enables us to live more comfortably.

In a retrospective paper published by Wroclaw Medical University in August 2021 in “Nutrients” (Journal of Nutrition), the main mechanism of action of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides in regulating immunity is summarized (as shown above):

Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides can not only strengthen the first line of defense of the immune system against the invasion of various pathogens (innate immunity) but also initiate a specific immune response against specific pathogens (adaptive immunity), which is like casting a net to fully activate the immune response so that pathogens have nowhere to escape.

At the same time, the paper also summarized the active efficacy of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and triterpenes that have been scientifically proven (as shown above), indicating that Ganoderma lucidum with complete active ingredients can help us coexist with viruses, cancer, three highs, allergens and aging.
