LONG-TERM TAKING OF REISHI DOES NOT HARM THE BODY
As the saying goes, “Every medicine has its side effect.” Many people think that no medicine is suitable for long-term use because long-term use of the same medicine will develop drug resistance or damage the liver and kidneys. However, Ganoderma lucidum, as a traditional Chinese medicinal material, is an exception.
