Fatty liver is no longer a label of "greasy middle age". With the improvement of the quality of life, many people have experienced being told "fatty liver" by physical examination, but because there are usually no symptoms, most people don't take it seriously. As everyone knows, if left unattended, one day the harm will be endless!

What is fatty liver?
Fatty liver can be divided into the acute fatty liver and chronic fatty liver. In general, acute fatty liver is rare, and the vast majority of patients are chronic fatty liver, including alcoholic liver disease and non-alcoholic liver disease. The occurrence of fatty liver is "quiet", its clinical symptoms are mild and non-specific, so the fatty liver is easy to be ignored!

Some people feel get, the fatty liver won't cause ache and urticant, do not know however fatty liver is in the long-term and chronic development process, easily cause hepatitis, future development may be liver cirrhosis or liver cancer.

Some people feel that fatty liver is neither painful nor itching, but they do not know that fatty liver is prone to induce hepatitis in the long-term chronic development process, and it may develop into cirrhosis or even liver cancer in the future.

Alcoholic liver disease
Take alcoholic liver disease as an example. Like all diseases, liver problems caused by alcohol do not occur overnight but accumulate over time.

No matter what kind of alcohol you drink, any alcohol that enters your stomach is almost absorbed by the stomach and sent directly to the liver for metabolism. When the liver oxidizes "ethanol", it is easy to cause liver cell damage and inflammation.

In addition, the substances released by the liver in the process of metabolizing acetaldehyde will also affect the liver's ability to process fats and fatty acids, making it easy for fat to accumulate in the liver and cause fatty liver. Because the fat itself can cause an inflammatory response, too much fat can also cause liver damage.

In fact, just a 300cc bottle of beer will take 3 hours for the liver to complete the detoxification process. What's more, you unlikely drink only one bottle at a time. If you drink beers for a long time, it's no wonder that your liver will be damaged!

How to condition liver damage?

A scientific report, titled “Protective Effect of Ganoderma lucidum Spore Oil Extract Compound on Alcoholic Liver Damage”, published in the 6th issue of Chinese Edible Fungi in 2016 evaluated liver fat accumulation.

Obviously, Ganoderma lucidum has a good inhibitory effect on liver fat accumulation caused by alcohol. With less fat, there is less chance of liver inflammation.

Ganoderma lucidum spore oil has a high degree of edible safety.

In addition to the liver-protection evaluation in the above experiment, the researchers also measured the weight of all mice every week. The results showed that the three groups of mice were of normal weight regardless of whether they ate the low-dose (167 mg/kg), medium-dose (333 mg/kg) or high-dose (1000 mg/kg) of Ganoderma preparations. There was no significant difference in body weight between the three Lingzhi groups and the normal group (without alcohol).

This means that the "Ganoderma lucidum spore oil + Ganoderma lucidum extract" compound preparation provided by Ganoherb Technology (Fujian) Co., Ltd. has no negative effect on the growth of mice and has sufficient food safety without causing extra burden to the body.

Previous studies have confirmed that Reishi mushroom spore oil has an auxiliary protective effect on chemical liver injury. Now this research tells us that the combined use of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil and Ganoderma lucidum extract can reduce the damage of alcohol to the liver.
